KILLER CORE
Sideplank crunch x 10 per side
Dead bugs x 24 total or 12 per side
Squat to oblique twist x 24 total or 12 per side
Core up and overs x 20 total
Plank slow knee drive x 20 total or 10 per side
Plank jack to side plank x 10 per side
Repeat as many times as needed, option to add 20 minutes cardio of choice
