WEEK 14 WORKOUT 4: Booty Burn


BOOTY BURN OUT

  1. Banded lateral squat walk x 30 seconds

  2. Banded squat to abduction x 60 seconds

  3. Lunge hold step taps x 30 seconds per side

  4. Glute bridges pulses x 30 seconds

  5. Sumo squat pulses x 30 seconds

    Repeat as many times as possible!

    For extra cardio do a 20 minute power walk, cycle, or run before this!
