WEEK 35 WORKOUT 4


BOOTY BURN OUT

  1. Banded lateral squat walk x 30 seconds

  2. Banded fire hydrant x 30 seconds per side 

  3. Curtsy to abduction x 30 seconds per side or 60 seconds total if alternating

  4. Airplane kickbacks x 30 seconds per side

  5. Banded squats x 60 seconds  

    Repeat as many times as possible!

    For extra cardio do a 20 minute power walk, cycle, or run before this!
